The New Zealand Journey
Kaitaia to Bluff and back via both coasts of the North and South Island of New Zealand
Below a rough destination-itinerary of the Completed Hikoi:
North of the North CREW 1st Dec-07- 12th Feb 08
kat - The Beginning - met with roy in Tauranga drive to Aux -met with Father Ted and surfed at Tawharanui 2nd Dec-07.
AdamJ - 8th Dec07 had a surf and took pics at Tawharanui with FT
Father Ted -pickup from Kat 2nd Dec-07 surfed Murawai.
passed on to jabes 13th Dec07
Jabes - 13th Dec07-4th Jan08
hunty - 4th Jan 08- 12th Feb08 pickup from jabes in auckland - based in Kaitaia for the far north leg - surfing with his mates thompson and ali.
Doof - 12th Feb08 - 25th Feb08 -Took the board from Kaitaia to Christchurch crossing at Picton down the west coast of the South Island, through central and up the East coast to Chjristchurch.
:: Rapa Crew ::Blunt' Met Groovn at the ferry dock in Wellington 23rd June
CHRISTCHURCH CREW 26th Feb - 21st March 2008 and again 25th April 08 - 23rd June 2008
TheRealGroovn -Fulfilled his pledge to bringi it back north after the SI tour. Organised a run over to Westport 15-16 march
